Integrations

  • Bullhorn live in production. SyncTalent.ai connects to Bullhorn through Merge.dev — reading requirements and candidates, writing submissions back. A connector, not a migration.
  • Merge.dev live in production. SyncTalent.ai uses Merge.dev as its unified ATS connector layer — one integration surface, normalised objects, and no ATS credentials stored on our side.
  • JobDiva on the roadmap. A JobDiva connector is on the SyncTalent.ai roadmap and is not available today. Bullhorn via Merge.dev is the live ATS path. Here is what a JobDiva sync would cover.
  • Ceipal on the roadmap. A Ceipal connector is on the SyncTalent.ai roadmap and is not available today. Bullhorn via Merge.dev is the live ATS path. Here is what a Ceipal sync would cover.

Glossary

  • Bench salesBench sales is the practice of marketing an IT staffing agency’s already-hired but currently unassigned consultants — its bench — to vendors and end clients to get them billing again.
  • C2C (corp-to-corp)C2C, or corp-to-corp, is a contract engagement where one incorporated business bills another for a consultant’s services, rather than the consultant being paid as an individual employee.
  • Time-to-redeployTime-to-redeploy is the number of days between a consultant rolling off one assignment and confirming a start date on the next — the direct measure of idle bench cost.
  • Right-to-representA right-to-represent (RTR) is a consultant’s written permission for one specific vendor to submit them to one specific requirement, preventing duplicate submissions through competing chains.
  • Vendor blastA vendor blast is the mass distribution of one job requirement across many vendors, so the same role reaches a staffing desk repeatedly in slightly different wording.
  • W2 vs C2C vs 1099W2, C2C, and 1099 are the three tax terms for US contract work: employee of the agency, company-to-company billing, and independent contractor paid as an individual.
  • Submittal-to-interview ratioThe submittal-to-interview ratio is the share of candidate submissions that convert to a client interview — a quality signal for matching and packaging, not a measure of desk output.
  • Prime vendorA prime vendor holds the direct contract with the end client and distributes that client’s requirements to subcontracting vendors, sitting one layer from the hiring decision.
  • Implementation partnerAn implementation partner delivers a project, platform, or product rollout for an end client and staffs it from its own people plus subcontracted consultants.
  • HotlistA hotlist is the list of consultants a staffing agency currently has available, with skills, rate, location, and work authorization, circulated to vendors to generate requirements.
