This page is a plain-language summary template and is not legal advice. It describes how we handle data while operating SyncTalent.ai. Candidate personal information is never placed in logs or URLs.

Data we process

How we use it

We process data solely to provide the service: ingesting and deduplicating requirements, sourcing and matching candidates, screening, packaging, submitting, and monitoring. We do not sell your data.

AI processing

Model calls route through an AI gateway. We send only the data needed for a given task and apply work-authorization and consent rules before any matching or outreach. Every submission and consent action is written to an immutable audit log.

Sharing

We share data with the integrations you connect (for example, your ATS via Bullhorn and Merge.dev) and with infrastructure subprocessors that help us run the service under appropriate agreements.

Retention & your choices

We retain customer data for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable export window after termination. You can request access, correction, or deletion of personal data, subject to legal obligations.

Security

We use encryption in transit, scoped access controls, and audit logging. Candidate PII is kept out of logs and URLs by design.
