Terms of Service

Last updated June 5, 2026. These terms govern your access to and use of SyncTalent.ai.

SyncTalent.ai is operated by AgenticQuay Inc. (“AgenticQuay,” “we,” “us”). By accessing the platform you agree to these terms. This page is a plain-language summary template and is not legal advice; final terms will be provided in your service agreement.

1. Use of the service

You may use SyncTalent.ai only for lawful staffing and recruiting activities, in compliance with all applicable employment, immigration, and data-protection laws. You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you submit and for the actions taken by users on your account.

2. Accounts

Access is provided to verified business accounts. You are responsible for safeguarding credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

3. Customer data

You retain ownership of the candidate, requirement, and client data you bring to the platform. You grant us a limited license to process that data solely to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.

We work to keep the service available and reliable but provide it on an “as is” basis during the design-partner period. Specific availability commitments, if any, are set out in your service agreement.

6. Termination

Either party may end the engagement per the service agreement. On termination we will make your data available for export for a reasonable period before deletion.
