◐ On the roadmap — not available today
What Ceipal is
Ceipal is an applicant tracking and workforce-management platform used widely by US IT staffing and C2C-heavy agencies, with integrated sourcing and VMS handling.
Its customer base overlaps heavily with the desks this product is built for, which is why it sits on the roadmap alongside JobDiva.
What syncs, and which direction
| Object | Direction | Detail |
|---|---|---|
| Job orders / requirements | Read | Planned. Same canonical requirement model as the Bullhorn path. |
| Candidates and résumés | Read | Planned. Bench-first shortlisting and semantic scoring. |
| Work authorization and tax term | Read | Planned. Both are hard-filter and rate-maths inputs, and both are commonly custom fields. |
| Submissions | Write | Planned. Write-back against the originating requirement. |
What setup would look like
Nothing to set up yet
No connector exists to configure. If you run Ceipal and want to shape the integration, being a design partner is the route.
What the shape would be
Authorise a connector, map work authorization, tax term, rate, and end client, choose a sync scope, run read-only for a week, then enable write-back deliberately.
What works without it
Ingestion from email, Telegram, WhatsApp, Slack, Teams, and job boards, plus dedup into canonical requirements, shortlisting, outreach, and screening — none of which require ATS sync.
Things worth knowing
Stated plainly on purpose
This page will keep saying "not shipped" until it is shipped. When the connector lands, the wording changes and the setup steps become real instructions.
No dated commitment
We have not promised a date internally, so we are not publishing one here.
Frequently asked
Is there a Ceipal integration today?
No. Bullhorn via Merge.dev is the only ATS path in production. Ceipal is on the roadmap with no committed date.
What still works if we run Ceipal?
Requirement ingestion from email and chat channels, vendor-blast dedup into canonical requirements, bench-first shortlisting, outreach, and AI voice screening. Automatic submission write-back is the piece that needs the connector.
How is this different from JobDiva on your roadmap?
It is not, materially. Both are frequently requested, both would use the same connector shape, and both get built when a design partner with live requirements needs one.
Next steps
Tell us you run Ceipal — named agencies with live requirements are what move a connector up the roadmap. In the meantime, how it works covers the channels that need no ATS connector at all.
